• No Data Storage: We do not store email content, only metadata about the latest email checked for efficiency.
• User Prompts: You control the process by providing prompts. The app acts on your instructions, and you are responsible for the outcomes.

4. Limitation of Liability

• No Responsibility for Email Modifications: LTG AI Solutions America, LLC is not liable for email modification outcomes (e.g., archiving, deleting) based on your prompts. You bear full responsibility for these actions.
• AI Accuracy: We strive for accurate AI analysis but do not guarantee it. You use the app at your own risk.
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Intellectual Property

• App Ownership: The app, including software, design, and content, is owned by LTG AI Solutions America, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
